A small California mountain community is terrorized by a murderous monster that is stalking the townspeople and savagely murdering them. The giant undead creature is believed to be the incarnation of an infamous Spanish Conquistidor who was killed in the mountains during an indian raid. Starring Ed Kemmer (SPACE PATROL) and Morris Ankrum (INVADERS FROM MARS). One of the last films of famed monster make-up artist Jack Pierce (FRANKENSTEIN, THE MUMMY).
