Deep in the Florida Everglades, giant man-sized leeches are attacking the locals and dragging them down to their cave, where they slowly drain them of blood. One of the first victims to disappear is the beautiful Playboy centerfold Yvette Vickers and her husband. Game warden Ken Clark investigates their disappearance and finds proof of the giant leeches existence. But can he find their lair in time to save the couple and destroy the deadly gigantic leeches?
