Horror icon Lon Chaney, Jr. plays a darkly gleeful Satan, whom, with his beautiful assistant Satanya (Karen Kadler), set out to recruit new souls for Hell. They target a scientist who discovers an ancient frozen body, a sex-obsessed photographer and the man who drove Satanya to suicide. Entertaining anthology film culled from segments of the Swedish TV show, 13 DEMON STREET, which was produced by Curt Siomak (THE WOLF MAN) and Herbert Strock (I WAS A TEENAGE FRANKENSTEIN). The anthology series starred Lon Chaney, Jr. as Satan, who would tell a strange, macbre tale each week from his little curio shop.
