American mobster Renzo Capetto (Antony Carbone) comes up with a scheme to get rich quick transporting General Tostada and his band of Cuban exiles off the island with the contents of the national treasury. Capetto's plan is to then kill the Cubans and take the riches for himself. He makes up a story about a mythical sea creature and how they need to change course to Puerto Rico to avoid the monster. Then he discover that the sea creature is real and his lead them right into its clutches!
