A talent agent hires a group of beautiful young women to perform at a nightclub in Singapore. During the flight across the South Pacific, the plane develops mechanical problems and crashlands in the ocean. The group survives and makes it to a remote island where they discover a dead man hanging from a giant spider web. That night, the talent agent sneaks to explore the island, only to get bitten by a giant jungle spider that mutates him into a man-spider creature with a ravenous hunger for human blood! Can the young women hope survive against the savage man-beast?
