Government agents find a ravaged body washed up on the beach. They investigate what happened to the deceased and it leads to a strange radioactive rock on the ocean floor -- guarded by a mutated sea monster! The investigation leads the agents to a marine biologist, who it turns out, was conducting deep-sea atomic experiments and accidently created the sea monster. Now they have to figure out how to destroy it, before it's too late!
